Confirmation camp today ... rain, sun, laughter and fun!!!

What a day at camp .... rain, sun, capture the flag, painting, silly songs and now a camp fire. Smiles and laughter and good food! All will sleep well tonight!!!

Our kids are doing great! The hardest part for all of us is the disconnect from phones ... while at the same time engaging in conversations, making new friends, laughing, learning and making new memories. Swimming tests passed today ... that opens up opportunity to do more water sports (I think kayaking was one of the day). Tomorrow we are expecting less sun ... an some rain!

Tomorrow we will ask this question ... and according to Amy-Jill Levine ... we may need to dig a bit deeper with this story

And tomorrow two of our kids head offf to LCLC!!! Did you go to a Lutheran camp?

Way to go to all of our community gardeners! A special call out and thanks to Helen Isolde Thomas for for groundbreaking work (literally and physically) to get this effort going ... and for the foresight of others to see this as a means to provide fresh produce to the food pantry.

Good morning world. The Sabbath Series continues. Today we hear the GOD ... the ever present God, rests! Worship with us this morning for some quiet, hearing the Word, some rest and renewal for the week!
